The Role - Mobile Project Manager (FIFO) We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional and reliable person to join our team as a Fly in Fly out (FIFO) Mobile Project Manager. Operating 3:1 or 2:1 roster - project dependent – point of hire Perth WA. This exciting role oversees the successful management of our remote project concrete plants. Exceptional customer service, people management, strong commercial acumen and high-level administration skills are essential. Key Deliverables: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Managing specific site projects in remote locations Management of a concrete batch plant, agitator truck fleet, drivers and plant staff Maintaining health and safety, quality, environment and maintenance of assets Managing the project contract, including client relationships and customer service Ensuring delivery and maintenance of high-level project documentation Background and Experience required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role Total dedication to safety and risk management Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills, with the ability to problem solve Computer literacy, contract, logistics and resourcing experience highly valued.
